Today I had a nice relaxing day for most of it. Played the easiest parade of the year, marching some old fraternal organization guys from their lodge to church, heading down the to the park on break for an hour, then marching them back. I then bummed around the rest of the day, finished customizing my latest toy, an ATI Remote Wonder (so I can control my computer from whereever in the room, it kicks ass). Then my best friends stopped by, pretty unexpectedly, and we had pizza and hung out for a while. I then talked to a bunch of people online, cought up with a couple of friends who I hadn't talked to in a while. One, a lifelong friend of mine, had some fascinating news for me about how she was recently able to replace a drug habit with a perscription drug and now feels completely normal. I was skeptical at first since it seemed she couldn't feel anger or depression (that's just weird), but then I found out it just controlled them so she's "normal" again. Yay! Another bud has a cool new job working in stage shows at an amusement and is really busy doing that! We'll find some time to hang I'm sure. Up today is a really nice pic Amanda sent me of my best buddies... these are lifelong (or seems that way, >10yrs known) friends who I've spent every summer with and mean so much to me... and my sister. Amanda, Kathleen, Kristie, and Kira (with long hair pulled back wow)... can't wait to see you all again!

That's the last fortune cookie I got before I left school for the summer. Left me on a positive note. It's my second update of the year! I'm on top of things. Anyways, after over a month of sitting around, uh, serious job searching, I finally found myself a job. It's with a guy I know and I'm doing some tech stuff that's really cool. The company is small, like 10 guys, and they're developing and marketing kiosks for the fast food industry. Believe it! In a few years, you'll go into a Dumkin Duhnuts, walk up to one of these things, swipe your credit card, hit the touch screen a few times, walk over to the counter to pick up your food, and walk out. That easy.

That front page pic I acually took, I encountered that sign on the way to work one day and it's been there for 3 or 4 days now. Seems like nobody's noticed or nobody cares to take it down!
Don't even ask me why I haven't updated my site in almost half a year. Oops. I've been busy, I've been too ass lazy to write the needed two sentences a day to keep up with what i've been up to. Well, in the five months since then I have sucessfully finished my year at school, met some nice people at the college down the hill, come home, went on a couple of road/air trips (to CT/LI/NJ and Ohio to name a few), and seriously hit the pavement in mid June looking for a job to both keep me from being insanely bored and also to bring in money, which i need if I'm going to have a car at school next year! I spent a good 3 full days on the road filling out applications, and finally landed a job as a cashier/whatever in this cool little corner store north of my summer house. Pics have been taken and will be up soon.

Today I actually woke up to an alarm with the assumption that I'd be going to the mall with the other guys at around 12:15... but that never happened. Instead I managed to keep myself amused by hanging out with Anne and her friends Kira and Jamie from home. We ate and then got Kira all ready for surprising her friend B (who she met last time she was here) who didn't know she was coming today. She dressed up all hot, and he was very surprised and happy to see her. Later I hung out with Blick and Jesse, and finally settled down in my room to do the little bit of IT work that I needed to do for the weekend.

Another day sitting around on campus. Did some interesting things though... It's amazing what happens to a can of soda when dropped 9 stories... Don't ask me how I know that though!

The only thing I remember after getting up at 4 was playing a pretty mediocre game of pool. I need to have another good day soon. I miss those good pool days.

ROAD TRIP!! Today, even though it was a Friday, I did no schoolwork and didn't even go to any classes! I went instead on a road trip with the pep band to Princeton. We left around 12 noon, skipping my 2-4 class. We got there and went to find a place to eat. Someone had heard of this good sub shop and we eventually found it. I wasn't really hungry but I got a meatball and cheese sub (with an Oranges & Cream soda!) anyways, which I ate and didn't feel hungry at all afterwards. We then got our shirts on and went into the rink. The rink was so small... only 6 rows of seats along the long sides of the ice! It was funny. We won, although Princeton did score the first goal within the first 30 seconds or so of the game. The score then went 0-1, 1-1, 2-1, 3-1, 4-1, 4-2, 5-2, 5-3. On the way back we happened to stop at a rest stop in one of my good friends' home town! That was interesting... Got home at around 2, but nooo didn't go to sleep... instead I hung out until around 5!

Happy valentine's day! Today I went to four classes. I went to Spanish tutorial today for the first time. The TAs were nice, and it seemed to be an actual coherent conversation, I was proud of myself. They suggested that I be in Spanish 301, Advanced conversation, instead of my current Spanish 202, Intermediate spanish. I'm not too sure though, because the times for 301 don't fit into my schedule very well at all. Also, I think I am really going to enjoy the tutorial, and there is no tutorial required for 301. The tutorial is going to be so much fun... next time I'm going to bring my computer with all my latin music and they're going to teach me how to dance =)

Today I did work, went to class, did some more work, then went downtown to Spanish class, which was fun as always. I then came back, hung out, and then played GTA2 (and got to the 3rd level!) until 3 in the morning =)

Tonight, for the first time since I got my contacts, I had to bust open new bottles of both of the solutions I use to put them away at night. Just thought you might want to know that.
Today I went to External Environment of Business class, which was really interesting because our professor is so fascinating. Then is was on to Computer Science 2 lecture, which was boring and I played GTA2 for part of.
Later, I talked with my friend Christine from long island, and she asked me to her prom! I was really happy. Then I did some HW for my class tomorrow and the watched a movie with Khaoula.

Wow. That's what I have to say about today. I am happy to say that all I did for schoolwork was a few lines of code on my compsci 2 homework. The rest: pep band rehearsal at 1030, followed by loading the van. from there, the whole band went to the union for a lasagna dinner and facepainting (which I managed to escape from by needing to go to Wal-Mart). After that, it was back to hang out at the dorm, to an early dinner and an unsucessful attempt to convince Jeff to come see his girl Rebecca sing the national anthem at the game with the rest of the Rensselyrics, then off to the big red freakout!
And what a game it was. For the first 2 1/2 periods, our team sucked. We got down 0-3. But in the last minutes, we started a comeback... 1-3... 2-3... ... ... 3-3! We went to overtime and a few minutes in, we got one more to make it 4-3 against our archrival Clarkson! This game was so crazy, the rink was packed, the game had sold out, Clarkson's pep band was there, and it was alumni weekend too so we had something like 57 people in our pep band. I had never heard a true "deafening roar" before tonight... the people were shouting so loud once my eats hurt!
After the game we brought all the stuff down to West hall again, and from there I went and hung out at a pep band party. When I got back from that, I hung out with Blick and Anne and Bryan and Vicky until like... 5 in the morning. What an awesome day!
